THE HISTORY

I am a Venezuelan/German passionate about German bread since I was a child when in my house it was a real feast when that delicious bread was served on the table.
My dream was to be able to make German farmer's bread (BAUERNBROT), which is the most traditional and ancient of German bakeries.
During the years of the pandemic, I was able to have the time necessary to explore and thoroughly research the countless recipes for this bread until I could make it successfully.
My dream of eating a BAUERNBROT made by me at home in an artisan way and being able to enjoy it with my family came true.
Now with MIKE'S BROT I want to share it with all German bakery lovers so they can enjoy it just like me.
