Who is Mike´s Brot?

I am a Venezuelan/German passionate about German breads since I was a child when in my house it was a real feast when that delicious bread was served on the table.
What do we create?
ANCIENT GERMAN BREADS.
Artisan production of very well selected recipes from German bakery.
Made at home with a base of Sourdough (Natural Yeast), using organic ancestral grain flours without modifications, a mix of spices (Brotgewürz) to give them a unique european flavor and aroma.
